Registration and Information
Registration Fee
All participants traveling to the session must pay the registration fee, including any guests accompanying you.
The fee includes:
– session participant package
– lunch
– dinners
– evening programs
Registration fees for members of the LAC National Board of Directors and guests:
Lower registration fee available until 2026‑09‑05 – $310
Increased registration fee from 2026‑09‑05 to 2026‑09‑18, 23:59 PST – $360

The 3rd Session of the XXIV LAC National Board of Directors will take place on September 18–20, 2026, in Orlando, FL, at a hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando (5780 Major Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819)
Important Information
- Special Group Rate – $139 per night (taxes not included)
- The discount is automatically applied when booking through the provided online link
- The rate is valid for stays from September 14 through September 22
- Discounted reservations are available until September 10
- If you plan to arrive before 09/14 or depart after 09/22, a separate reservation will be required.
